At SaturdayClub International, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SaturdayClub account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and submit your request.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
